By accessing or using Startup Ideas DB, you agree to these Terms of Service. The platform provides startup idea research, analysis, and related tools for informational and educational purposes. We do not guarantee business outcomes, revenue, or success from any idea presented on the platform.

Account & access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials managed through Firebase Authentication. Access to paid features requires a one-time lifetime purchase processed through our payment provider, Razorpay.

Payments & refunds

All payments for lifetime access are final. Startup Ideas DB does not offer refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargebacks once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted or made available to your account.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, pricing, and features available on the platform before payment, and that you accept full responsibility for your decision to buy. You agree not to initiate payment disputes or reversal requests for reasons that are covered by this no-refund policy.

If you are unsure whether the platform meets your needs, we encourage you to review publicly available information on our website—including sample content and feature descriptions—before purchasing. Exceptional circumstances (such as duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our side) may be reviewed at our sole discretion by contacting hello@startupideadata.com.

Idea reports, scores, market estimates, AI-generated prompts, and other materials are provided for research and planning purposes. They should not be treated as financial, legal, or investment advice. Sample and illustrative data on the platform is clearly labelled where applicable and should not be treated as live production data unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Startup Ideas DB and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content provided therein.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
